This experience is designed to honor the bride and her bridesmaids. The flow is designed to help the bride release any pre-wedding jitters, anxiety, overwhelmed, and allow her to fully embody her Goddess Essence while creating life-long bonds between bridesmaids so they can show up as a united front for the bride on her special day.

This experience is extremely fun. You stretch, dance, laugh and sweat tons. You burn 1,000 calories while having an incredible time moving your body and connecting deeply with your bridesmaids. This experience will leave you renewed, re-energized and GLOWING while helping you have better sex and intimacy on your wedding night.
